Eligibility Criteria:
Hotel careers range from entry-level to high-level expertise. In some cases, beginners or freshers may be required to have a high school diploma and be at least 16 years old. These positions are typically found at hotels in positions like cleaners, housemaids, housekeeping staff, laundry boys, drivers, and security staff. A bachelor’s degree is required for management level positions. It would be best if the degree is in business, economics, or management. In some hotels, candidates may be required to have hotel management training, while in others, employees would be trained by in-house programs.
In order to deal with customers, clients, and guests on a daily basis, hotel staff must have a pleasant personality. In addition, excellent communication skills are required as well as organization, punctuality, and a capability to multitask.
