- Minimum of 5 years experience within high-end restaurants and lounges
- Proven track record of managing/handling multiple F&B outlets.
- Pre-opening experience is a plus
- Strong database of suppliers locally and abroad
- Up to date with current F&B trends and best practices
- Those available for immediate joining will be prioritized
- Must be located in Dubai
- Russian-speakers would be at an advantage, though not mandatory
