Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare and maintain accounting system and reports, including running the accounting software.
2. Receiving GRV from Stores Section.
3. Preparing Payments CDC & PDC against LPO received from Procurement Department.
4. Follow up with the signatories for getting payments signed.
5. Receiving LPOS from Procurement Department against the invoices received from suppliers.
6. Making invoices ready for posting for monthly closing by attaching related documents.
7. Process on time supplier’s invoices and payments by filling of the invoices & Payment vouchers.
8. Reconciling of supplier statement received day to day.
9. Prepare and checking GIV on a monthly basis, keep the balance sheets up to date and assist with monthly account closings.
Technical Competencies
1. Assist with the preparation of financial statements.
2. Analyze and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers.
3. Post journal entries for accrued expenses and revenue.
4. Prepare and file local compliance reporting as necessary.
5. Act as a liaison for vendors to reconcile any billing discrepancies.
Education Level : Bachelor’s degree
Qualifications/Certifications : Strong knowledge and experience in Quick Books System and MS Office is essential.
Work Experience : +2 Years’ experience in Accountings and finance ideally in Construction business, Strong experience in Payable accounting, Receivable Accounting, and General Ledger Accounting.
