Dubai’s Top yoga studios

Yoga offers a wide variety of postures, such as Down-dog, Up-dog, Cobra, Pigeon, Warrior, and even Dead Man’s Pose. Yoga offers the benefit of being accessible to all ages, abilities, and physical capabilities, regardless of how old, strong, flexible, or how good you look in yoga pants you may be. There is nothing else to worry about when you are on your mat other than yourself, your breath, and your body. Basically, it is a practice of exhaling, meditating, controlling, committing, and celebrating the human body in all of its forms, sizes, and abilities.

Karma Yoga:

In Karma Yoga, you will find a space that provides an atmosphere conducive to exploring your yoga practice and deepening your practice while enjoying the spectacular views of Dubai Marina. Shimis Yoga:

The Dubai Yoga Studio is one of the most Instagrammable yoga studios in the city, where social media’s yoga girls practice their moves. Depending on what class you wish to participate in, we offer two practice rooms for you to use. As the room is heated to 34 degrees, expect to sweat when you are practicing in the Box due to the unique lighting system and great music. You may practice Hatha, Yin, and Yoga Nidra classes in the Greenhouse, which has an earthy, light atmosphere with a plant wall to top it off. Don’t forget to pick up a smoothie following your class.

Trident Wellness Centre:

Yoga practices in the Emirate are diverse and are conducted by some of the leading yogis in the country. Learn about hatha, yin, ashtanga, iyengar, and power yoga before moving on to vinyasa, ashtanga, or iyengar. There is also pre-natal yoga offered as well as ashtanga and jivamukti; a style of yoga founded in 1984 that is primarily vinyasa flow-oriented. In most yoga classes, chanting is the first step before a series of poses, meditations, setting intentions, and even deep listening is practiced through either spoken word or music. The view of Dubai Marina is also one of the best around.
A schedule house website may be accessed by visiting Trident Bayside, Dubai Marina.
