A government sector in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Freelance performance management specialist for a 1-year contract. Priority will be given to arabic speaker and can join immediately.
1. Preparing periodic reports on the main and operational performance indicators and submitting them to senior management for decision-making.
2. Maintain, update and develop the records used to measure performance, following it up in detail, and updating it in cooperation with all office departments
3. Data processing using analytical programs and applications to evaluate the results of performance indicators and prepare reports.
