Requirements:
- It is the Program Management Office within IT Governance that is responsible for managing the Portfolio Management function. This means managing projects and programs within the Business Portfolio, Innovation, Digitalization, and IT Transformation pools.
- Projects & Changes within a department need to be tracked in accordance with the standards of portfolio management.
- In order to ensure projects of all sizes follow the defined process and deliver quality final products, the PMO provides documentation, guidance, and metrics on managing and executing projects. The portfolio finance function monitors, controls, processes, and reports all capital and operational expenditures related to the portfolio.
- Plan capacity and demand accordingly in order to facilitate the implementation of the roadmap and change portfolio
- We continuously review our portfolio through several forums such as Portfolio Management Reviews, Focus Meetings, KPI’s through standard dashboards, facilitating the mitigation of issues and risks, and ensuring the Portfolio is delivered on time, within budget, and with the Assuring timely processing of all invoices, facilitating timely capitalization of completed portfolios by monitoring, controlling, and confirming all requisitions related to the Portfolio.ion of completed portfolio
- Working alongside of the QMG team to carry out Providing early warning signals to the QMG team, with the intention of ensuring quality project delivery, in conjunction with the internal portfolio review.
- methodologies and best practices implement initiatives for process improvement standard planning methodologies used to ensure consistent and repeatable project development performance
- Change Management: Support and Manage the IT Change Management Process.
