Hiring Human Resources Coordinator
Work location : Millennium Place Marina, Dubai

Job Requirement:
• Constantly apply standard operating procedures in your department.
• Adhere to hotel policies and procedure.
• Initiate and process employment requisitions, develop and edit departmental job descriptions, vacancy announcements and position advertisements.
• Develop and maintain confidential departmental colleague files, documents and databases.
• Coordinate colleague recruitment process, as appropriate, consistent and complete
• Coordinate colleague relation functions in consultation with the Human Resources Manager, monitor colleague performance appraisal completions and track annual and sick leave accruals
• Prepare and complete the monthly Human Resources report and other statistical reports as required by the Human Resources Manager.
The candidate should be/have:
• Must have proven previous experience in Human Resources in RAE with at least 6 months and above in hotel of 4/5* standard.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office
